Q: How do I place an order for your furniture?
A: Once you have chosen your furniture, you can phone, fax or
email your order to us for processing. If you want to email us use the
form on the contact us
page. Orders require a 1/3 of the purchase price as deposit with the balance payable on or
before collection. Payment by cheque made payable to 'Custom Made Furniture Ltd'. To
Custom Made Furniture Ltd, Unit 16d Chalwyn Ind Est, Poole, Dorset, BH12 4PE. Please
include your contact details with your order so we can let you know
when it is ready for collection.
Q: How long will it take to make my furniture?
A:
Orders normally takes 5 weeks to complete. We will contact you when your furniture is ready.
Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A: We are now able to deliver furniture, price is dependant on quantity and the delivery address. Please phone or email for details.
Q: Do you make furniture for left hand drive vans?
A: Yes, all our furniture is available for both left and right hand drive vans.
Q: What types of vans do you make furniture for?
A: We currently provide furniture for T2 (bay and split) only. We
have decided to put all our energy into the T2 line. Once we have a
full range we will look at T25 and T4.
Q: I don't see the furniture I need on your website, can I order custom made items?
A: Yes you can order custom made furniture. Custom made furniture starts at around £1000.
Q: Do you fit the furniture?
A: Yes, we fit the standard furniture for £250 for a full kit, £100 for side units only. Ply wood flooring supplied and fitted for £100. We can also supply 3" cut to size seating foam for £120 per set. Custom builds are quoted with fitting included in the price.
Q: How difficult is it to fit your furniture?
A: All our furniture is designed to be easy to fit. However, not
all vans are created equal, so there may be some modification required
to suit your van.
Q: Do you supply the furniture flat packed?
A: No, the furniture we supply is all pre assembled.
Q: What are the dimentions of the furniture?
A: We have added dimentions to the individual furniture items description (at the bottom of each page) and will be adding them into the kits in the near future.
